My core competencies include C-suite experience in strategic marketing, communications, philanthropy, human relations, business operations, corporate social responsibility, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. I previously served as the Chief Communication Officer for a Fortune 500 company, where I led global, multifunctional corporate teams and helped incubate and grow several nonprofit organizations. My career spans private, public, and Fortune 500 companies.
I am passionate about fostering cultures with purpose-driven mindsets and mission-oriented approaches. Additionally, I have served on compensated and charitable boards for various organizations, including the Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation, the Denver Scholarship Foundation, the Summit Foundation, and the Denver Hotel Authority Board. I also had the honor of being appointed by the Governor to serve as a Commissioner for the Colorado Department of Transportation.
As the President and CEO of the Western Union Foundation, I built a widely respected, nationally recognized organization that distributed over $100 million in support to more than 2,500 NGOs, helping over 5 million underserved people in over 130 countries.
With six years of experience as a Senior Advisor and Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison, I have supported more than 90 executives in achieving their career goals and navigating transitions. I provide tailored advice, thought partnership, and advocacy to executives in areas such as inclusive leadership, career planning, board service, personal branding, strategic networking, retained search, recruiting, interviewing, negotiating executive compensation, building consultancies, leadership assessments, new job onboarding, and promotion advancement.
We help you identify the questions you are not asking to determine what is possible, and then we co-create a plan to chart long-term success to get you where you want to go.
