My core competencies include C-suite experience in strategic marketing, communications, philanthropy, human relations, business operations, corporate social responsibility, and ESG. I served as the Chief Communication Officer for a Fortune 500, led global, multifunctional corporate teams, and helped incubate and grow several nonprofit organizations. I have worked for private, public, and Fortune 500 companies. I am passionate about cultures with purpose-driven mindsets and mission-minded acumen. I have served on compensated and charitable boards of several organizations, including the Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation, the Denver Scholarship Foundation, the Summit Foundation, and the Denver Hotel Authority Board. In addition, I was honored to serve as a Colorado Department of Transportation Commissioner, in a Governor appointed role. I built a widely respected, nationally recognized community-engaged organization as the Western Union Foundation President and CEO, distributing over $100 million in support to more than 2,500 NGOs and helping over 5 million underserved people in more than 130 countries.

With over five years of experience as a Lee Hecht Harrison Senior Advisor, I have supported over 70 executives in getting through and to their dream jobs and career transitions. I provide bespoke advice, thought partnership, and advocacy to executives covering inclusive leadership, career planning, board service, personal branding, strategic networking, private equity, retained search, recruiting, interviewing, negotiating executive compensation, building consultancies, leadership assessments, onboarding, and executive success.
